Today, I saw the news about google blogger apps and downloaded this new application right away. It is nice to have it so I can write blog with my iPad. I can load pictures and switch among bloggers.

iPhone 5 is coming

There are rumors these days about iPhone 5. Next month, it will be here with 8M pixel camera. What I really wait for is iOS 5 and iCloud. Recently, I notice that I can download apps I bought on my other device running iOS without using a PC. So, I don't have to sync or get the apps I bought with a PC.

Yesterday, in WWDC, Apple showed us those great stuff.

iSpot Service Got Cancelled

Half year ago, when iSpot just came out, I got it and used for one month(see my previous blog). The reason I got is for traveling to get on Internet and use our iPod Touch and iPad on the road. Although the coverage is not that good for iSpot comparing AT&T Wireless and Verizon Wireless, it is working in big city.

I put iSpot on holding mode so I don't get charged of $25 every month. I was trying to reactivate it when I need it. Three days ago, I got my credit card bill and saw $25 charge from Clear regarding iSpot with big surprise! After calling and talking with clear, I learnt the holding only last 6 month. The service will be reactivated automatically. I haven't used 1 bit since last October and got this no refundable charge. Look like the only choice I have right now is to cancel the service. After a long waiting(20 minutes) on the phone with clear.com, I finally cancelled the service.

In last half year, the market has been changed a lot. There are a lot more choice other than iSpot.

Still Enjoy Our iPad (version 1)

We have this iPad version 1 for one year and still enjoy using it everyday.

We got some apps only for iPad in last year. These apps include 3 in iWork, GarageBand, Magic Piano and so on. It is really fun to use iPad.

We are using folders to organize and group applications. And we tried different ways to put apps in several screens: order by frequent of usage OR grouped by type of apps(such as put games in one screen).

iPad 2 is great!

I was there in the local Apple store to check out the iPad 2 on the first day. iPad 2 is great! I tried things with iPad 2 especially iMovie. Then, I brought my wife and tried iPad 2 on the weekend. She likes it. We are going to use/enjoy our iPad(version 1) for a while.

So glad to see Steve Jobs presented iPad 2, today.

iPad 2 got faster processor and graphics, light weight and thinner than iPad 1.
iPad 2 also got 2 cameras although they are not in high resolution

Very glad to see Smart Cover, New Digital AV Adapter, and Video mirroring.

With Video mirroring, we can see what we have in iPad screen on TV or monitor with Digital AV Adapter or VGA Adaptor.
